In 2005, Frédéric Bonan founded the strategic consultancy firm I-Deal Development. In supporting his clients, he drew on his experience in the field of reconciliation operations and his many successes in developing SMEs. His business was hinged around both strategic operational advice for entrepreneurs and advice on corporate finance capital operations (acquisitions, sales, capital increases etc.). Frédéric Bonan could immediately see the potential of the Filorga company, a laboratory specialising in anti-aging products. He worked with the founders in 2006, at a time when the company had a turnover of only 3.5M€. He then built a new project with Rothschild under the leadership of Didier Tabary. Today, Filorga is present in many countries and its turnover was significantly greater than 50 M€ in 2015.

The Walor group, specialist industrialists in the manufacture of automotive parts. Won over by the energy of the managing family, Frédéric Bonan worked with the company towards the end of the years 2000 when it had a turnover of only 8 M€. Now the group’s turnover exceeds 50 M€ under the leadership of its CEO Eric Lorin and has factories in Mexico, Romania and all over France. Many projects are still in the pipeline.

The Alan Allman ecosystem piloted by Jean-Marie Thual, an energetic and efficient manager. The project began in 2009 with 1.5 M€ and had a turnover of 52 M€ in 2016, with a presence in 5 countries. He is a member of the supervisory board.

The Indian group Aequs, parts manufacturer for the aeronautical industry. Frédéric Bonan is its “Advisory board member”. He has a great affinity with its visionary founder, Aravind Melligeri. He contributed to the group’s establishment in France and allowed it to go from a turnover of a few tens of millions of Euros to one of more than 100 M€, thus becoming one of France’s leading players.

The American group Quest Global, under the leadership of Ajit Prabhu, a brilliant manager. Starting point: 25 M€, now present all over the world and employing a staff of nearly 6,000.
